Equipment Needed:
A small set of dumbbells. I recommend starting off with a set of 2lb or 3lb dumbbells. if you do not have a set yet, then you can use soup cans or water bottles instead.
Make sure you also have a sturdy chair preferably without armrests or wheels. If you do participate in this workout using a wheelchair, please make sure your chair is in the locked position.
For future videos you will need a resistance band, so make sure you have that handy for your next workout.
