Equipment Needed:

  • A sturdy chair preferably without armrests or wheels. If you do participate in this workout using a wheelchair, please make sure your chair is in the locked position.
  • For the next videos in this series you will need a small set of dumbbells and a resistance band, so make sure you have that handy for the following workouts.
