Class Pass Policy

At Seniors Fitness Hub we are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive fitness environment. To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants, please review our class pass policy below.

1. Class Pass Structure

When purchasing a 10-class or 20-class pass, clients commit to a predetermined schedule (e.g., attending 2x per week for 10 weeks).

Passes are valid only for the agreed-upon timeframe and do not carry over unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a class, 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid the session being counted.

If notice is given within the required timeframe, the missed class may be rescheduled within the current pass duration.

No-shows or late cancellations without prior notice will count as attended classes.

3. Refund & Credit Policy

Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do not offer credits for missed classes unless prior communication was made in accordance with our policy.

In cases of injury or medical conditions, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Clients must notify us as soon as possible to discuss available options.

4. Policy on Injury or Medical Conditions

If you experience an injury or medical issue that prevents you from attending classes, please provide notice as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may offer to extend your pass, provide alternative training options, or make adjustments as necessary.

Retroactive requests for extensions or refunds without prior communication will not be granted.

5. Commitment to Fairness

We strive to be flexible and understanding while maintaining fairness for all participants. These policies ensure that all clients have a consistent experience while allowing us to offer high-quality classes and services.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you in your fitness journey!
